Employmint handles work data for teams that make employment decisions across countries. Our security program starts with that reality. We keep the scope narrow. We protect access. We use vendors that meet modern cloud security expectations.
We host the marketing site on Vercel. We use Supabase for application infrastructure. Only authorized team members can access production systems. We review admin access as the team grows. Expert workflows give practitioners the context they need. They do not expose unrelated customer data.
Our roadmap includes Service Organization Control 2 (SOC 2) readiness work. It also includes Minimum Viable Secure Product (MVSP) alignment. We are documenting subprocessors and data retention practices. We are also clarifying General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) positioning.
