Why we built this
Grounded in real tradeoffs
We built Employmint because leadership teams were stuck between generic AI — fast, but unaccountable — and traditional counsel — sound, but impossible to scale across dozens of jurisdictions.
We believed there was room for a third model: technology that accelerates rigor, experts who own the output, and organizational memory that makes every subsequent decision better informed. That is the company we are building.

He currently serves as President and Chief Client Partner at Neeyamo, where he leads global revenue strategy and client partnerships for the company’s payroll and HR operations platform. Over the course of his career, Vivek has built and scaled international go-to-market teams, led enterprise partnerships, and supported corporate development and integration initiatives. He previously served as Chair of the Global Advisory Council for the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS).
