The Role

This is not a full-time position. We're building a founding network of senior HR practitioners who take on engagements as they come — with AI-generated research briefs already prepared when you arrive. You set your own hourly rate, review engagement summaries, and quote the work before committing. Think of it as high-leverage advisory work: less digging through policy docs, more applying the judgment you've built over your career.

As a Founding HR Partner, you'll work directly with HR teams at multinational companies navigating real workforce challenges — terminations across jurisdictions, leave policy harmonization, contractor classification, compensation compliance, restructuring, and more.

What You'll Do

Advise on complex HR scenarios — Review AI-prepared research and deliver practical, jurisdiction-aware guidance to HR teams dealing with real workforce decisions. You're the expert in the loop.

Validate and refine AI outputs — Apply your practitioner instincts to verify, sharpen, or correct AI-generated analysis before it reaches the client. Your review is what turns fast answers into trusted ones.

Produce deliverables when needed — Draft compliance summaries, policy recommendations, or risk assessments. You review an AI-prepared engagement summary, quote the work on your terms, and deliver.

Shape the platform from the inside — As a founding partner, your resolved cases feed directly into the platform's intelligence. You're not just advising clients — you're building the knowledge base that scales your expertise.

Requirements

  • 10+ years as an HR practitioner — HRBP, HR Director, or equivalent roles where you've owned workforce decisions, not just supported them
  • Multi-country experience — navigated managing people across jurisdictions (EU, UK, APAC, LATAM, or other regions)
  • Operational depth — personally handled terminations, restructurings, policy rollouts, or investigations
  • Strong written communication — can translate complex HR guidance into clear, actionable advice (English required; additional languages a plus)

Nice to have

  • Comfort with AI tools and AI-assisted workflows
  • Independent consulting or advisory background
  • Big 4 HR consulting alumni experience
