The Role

This is a true Founders Associate position — you'll work directly with the CEO across GTM, partnerships, operations, and research. There is no single lane. You'll draft outreach to a CHRO in the morning and build a jurisdiction coverage analysis by afternoon. We're looking for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and wants the reps that come from being inside a company at the earliest stage.

What You'll Do

GTM & Sales Support

  • Research and qualify prospective enterprise clients and expert network candidates; build and maintain pipeline tracking
  • Draft outreach sequences, follow-up emails, and meeting prep materials for CHRO and partnership conversations
  • Support live sales calls — capture notes, flag action items, and draft follow-ups
  • Help build and iterate on sales collateral: one-pagers, pitch decks, case studies

Operations & Research

  • Conduct market research on employment compliance landscapes, competitive intelligence, and industry trends in global HR
  • Organize and maintain internal knowledge bases, CRM entries, and document repositories
  • Assist with financial modeling, pricing analysis, and partnership economics
  • Help systematize repeatable workflows — if we're doing it more than twice, you'll help us build the process

Ad Hoc

  • Support product feedback loops: synthesize expert and client conversations into actionable insights for the product team
  • Contribute to content — LinkedIn posts, blog drafts, and thought leadership that positions Employmint in the market
  • Help recruit and onboard Founding HR Partners into the expert network
  • Jump into whatever the week demands — this role is definitionally unscoped

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field
  • Sharp writer — can draft a cold email, a one-pager, and a Slack message that all sound different
  • Resourceful and self-directed; doesn't wait to be told what to do next
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and context-switching across multiple workstreams in a single day
  • Genuinely curious about HR tech, B2B SaaS, or AI-powered platforms

Nice to have

  • AI-native — already uses LLMs, AI coding tools, or automation in your workflow
  • Familiarity with tools like Notion, Figma, Linear, or SQL
  • Any experience with early-stage startups
