The Role
This is the person who builds and runs our expert network. You'll own the Founding HR Partner program end to end — sourcing senior in-house HR practitioners across priority jurisdictions, running the onboarding and verification experience, managing the ongoing relationships, and matching Partners to client engagements. You'll work directly with the CEO, and the network you build becomes one of the things that makes the platform defensible. We're looking for someone who can be the tip of the spear on outreach, the calm hand on relationship management, and the systems-builder who makes the operation scale.
What You'll Do
Expert Sourcing & Outreach
- Identify and qualify senior HR practitioners — Directors, VP HR, HRBPs with 15+ years at multinationals — for the Founding HR Partner network
- Draft and run cold outreach sequences, follow-up messages, and first-call materials across LinkedIn and targeted channels
- Build and maintain sourcing pipelines across priority jurisdictions (Belgium, Germany, France first; UK and select APAC markets next)
- Handle objections, qualify interest, and convert prospects into onboarded Partners
Onboarding & Community Management
- Own the end-to-end Founding HR Partner onboarding experience — from first conversation through assessment, verification, contracting, and first engagement
- Be the primary relationship interface for Partners — the person they call when they have questions, feedback, or concerns
- Keep the network warm between engagements; surface opportunities, gather feedback, and flag risks early
- Coordinate matching and engagement logistics — routing client questions to the right Partner, managing scheduling and per-engagement quotes
Operations & Systems
- Build and maintain the CRM, pipeline tracking, engagement logs, and reporting that give the team visibility into network health
- Systematize repeatable workflows — if we're doing it more than twice, you'll help us build the process
- Maintain data hygiene across candidate profiles, verification status, engagement history, and Partner preferences
Ad Hoc
- Synthesize what Partners are telling us into actionable insights for product and GTM
- Contribute to content that positions Employmint in the market — LinkedIn posts, Partner spotlights, community updates
- Jump into whatever the week demands — this role is definitionally unscoped at this stage

Requirements
- 2+ years building or managing external networks, communities, or relationships with senior professionals — in recruiting, partnerships, career services, BD, or customer success
- Sharp writer — can draft a cold message to a VP HR, a Slack update to the founders, and a Partner-facing community post that all sound different
- Resourceful and self-directed; doesn't wait to be told what to do next
- Comfortable with ambiguity and context-switching across multiple workstreams in a single day
- Genuinely curious about HR tech, B2B SaaS, or AI-powered platforms
Nice to have
- AI-native — already uses LLMs, AI coding tools, or automation in your workflow
- Direct experience in HR, HR tech, or adjacent talent/workforce domains
- Multinational or cross-border exposure, especially EU employment context
- Familiarity with tools like Notion, Linear, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar
- Any experience with early-stage startups
